You are purchasing 1 x 45 min walking sessions for your pooch.

These sessions will be for your dog to be walked by themselves on lead indefinitely or until an established relationship is made with your dog and mutual trust and understanding has been achieved, with our primarly concern being the safety of your dog.

These sessions are run in line with our standard Terms and Conditions - PLEASE READ.

Quantity

Two weeks notice is required for a full refund against a session that needs to be cancelled.

Any session that is cancelled after two weeks but before 7 days will be granted a 25% refund.

Any session cancelled less than 7 days prior notice will be charged at full price.

We will always try and support if a session needs to be moved, diary permitting, but sessions can only be moved for a maximum of two times. Thereafter, if you cannot make the session it will be charged at full price.
Access to premises as required, and said dog, must be available and ready to go for start of session time.

If you would like your dog wiped down after a walk then please leave towels out, clearly marked, for us to use.

We will always leave your pooch with a bowl of water, if there is not already a dedicated bowl of water accessible for them. If you have any particular requirements for this, then please let us know - for example, a specific area for drinking, a specific bowl, etc.

Session requirements
